India out of world’s ‘truly corrupt’ group
Washington: Corruption in nearly half the world's nations is not getting better, but "a few, most notably India, managed to bootstrap themselves barely out of the truly corrupt group," according to Forbes.
While a year ago, some 72 out of 158 nations surveyed by the international watchdog group Transparency International (TI) were classified as "corrupt," now 74 of the 163 countries fall into the same category, the US business magazine reported.

Taliban's claim is a tissue of lies. They had assembled crowds in erstwhile football fields and executed number of 'loose' females publicly. Photos of such were openly available for viewing on the 'ORGISH' forums. One such series of photos depicted the last moments of a woman condemned to death. It showed the woman sobbing and shivering with terror as her captives lowered her into a freshly dug pit upto her chest letting her upper body remain exposed for her to be stoned to death in that macabre position.
