Clean the face with a light face wash. After this mix lemon juice and rose water in equal proportion in astringent lotion, apply it on the face. Wash it off after 10 minutes in cold water.
Another homely way to have the shine on face and also to remove acne is to apply cucumber grated. It can be washed off after 15 minutes.
Rose water mixed with water in sandalwood paste is another way for removing that hard acnes. 20 minutes I sufficient and after that it can be washed in cold water.
Three spoons of Fullers earth (multani mitti), mixed with rose water, can be applied on face and remove it after 7-10 minutes.
Always remember to wash face in cold water only as hot water can be culprit for early wrinkles.
It is necessary to keep the skin clean and oil free. At least 8 glasses of water needs to be consumed in a day.
Avoid fried food/fast food/chocolates etc.
Take lots of fruits and baked vegetables in your diet.
