Â· The long running Star Plus serial Kasautti Zindagii Ki will come to an end in January 2008.

Â· The show first ran into trouble when one of itâ€™s lead stars Cezanne Khan quit. Moon, Geetanjali, and Urvashi followed and hence the show started losing viewers. Shewta Tiwari too also seemed to have lost interest in the show. She started taking up other assignments thus ignoring â€˜KZKâ€™.
Â· Kasautti Zindagii Ki is on air for more than 5 years.
The chemistry between Anurag and Prerna wooed the audience while the contender Komolikaâ€™s style became the talk of the town. Getting caught between Anurag and Mr. Bajaj, Prerna became the house hold name as she struggled to win all the kasautii in her life.
After taking leap after leap, Kasautii Zindagi Kii, is now coming to an end.
Â· January 14th episode will be the last show of the serial.
The news has been confirmed by the GM and EVP (Star Plus) Keertan Adyanthaya who said â€œYes, sometimes good things come to an end, but on Star Plus, they get better, we are going to come up with some great new programs, so keep watching this spaceâ€.
Ronit Roy, who acquired recognition with the massively admired role of Mr. Bajaj said, â€œA great path breaking, life altering chapter of my life is coming to an end. But i guess all good things must also eventually come to and end. There is a certain amount of sadness that it is coming to an end, a certain amount of pride that I saw it till the very end, a certain amount of ‘Phew, Long Journey’, certain amount of curiosity, and anticipation of ~~â€œwhat nextâ€~~.
