Laughter can help breast milk counter allergies that affects the skin of the little babies. In a new study by the researchers at Osaka, Japan, when mothers laughed a lot before 2 hours prior to breast feeding and when their milk were tested, researchers found higher level of melatonin which is associated with relaxation and so beneficial to the babies also.
