1. Unadulterated smile:

This is the real baby smile, as one cannot counterfeit it.  The eyes are beamed up and a small crow’s feet is observable around the eyes. Lips are raised and parted and full set of teeth is visible.

2. Synchronised smile:

This can be done by an confident smiler as it is a hard one. The smile has to be affectionate while accumulating a presumptuous penchant body, as the smile and the body language has to be parallel.

3. Adoring smile:

This can be faked easily, because this depends upon the relationship with the person you are facing. This is done by slanting the head towards the others.

4. Courteous smile:

This is a smile used by politicians as no facial expression is visible and the eyes too does not give any expression.

5. Uncomfortable smirk:

In this head is twisted forward and eyes look away or may be even down. To be used in situation like when you are late at work or forgot to do some work given by your spouse.

6.Forged grin:

One of the lips is higher than the other one.  The eyes are glazing elsewhere.  Can be shown when you are not interested in seeing the other person.

Additional tips on smiling further:

• 1. Be optimistic
  2. Say to yourself that you were cheerful and you can be joyful
  3. Glance at things far beyond like trees, birds and planes
  4. Accept with gratitude the humanity offered to you
  5. Even if you want your friends circle or move to a new office set up, do it for the sake of keeping in the company of positive people.
  6. Always say thank you or appreciate  a person who has been grateful you.
  7. Stop thinking about people or person who always nags you or criticises you too often, ignore this person from your mind and soul.
  8. When someone smiles at you just in mid that he/she feels great about you.
  9. If you try to judge others you will feel more negative.
  10. For better feelings, hang tall upward looking things like pictures of buildings, planes and birds in your work place.
  11. And lastly, smile from your heart.

Kangana Ranaut to shed her blouse

1. Kangana Ranaut is shedding her blouse in the upcoming movie’Fashion’. Earlier it was decided that a body double would do the sequence, but later Kangana herself decided to give the shot. The shot would resemble the ramp walk sequence of the Lakme Fashion show, in which model Carol Gracious dropped her blouse during the ramp walk and termed it as ‘wardrobe malfunction’. In this present film, Kangana is playing the role of a supermodel.

1. King Khan will shake his legs along with the top ten bahus of television in an event of Balaji Telefilms ‘Global Award Function’ in Mumbai. He is thrilled to do dance with the super beautiful bahus of small tube. The tune of the song will be Chake De India, but the wordings will be different. Ganesh Hegde is the choreographer of the dance show.
2. Deepika Podukone has started keeping a distance from her mentor Farah Khan. Dark circles and cucumber

There is a common myth that cucumber is a natural treat for dark circles.  The fact is that cucumber does not possess any essence to remove swelling .  Cucumber has 90% water retention it in.  The fact is that  due to the iciness of cucumber after keeping it in fridge for night long, it is a natural remedy for opening the veins near the eyes.  Even if you keep a damp cloth below your eyes, the result will be same.

Pimples and fried food:

For ages it has been known that pimples crop up up due to bulky intake of fried snacks and foods. Although it is a fact that fried food aggravates pimples but it is not the direct cause. Acnes and pimples appear due to bacteria and hormone disorder. For the treatment of pimples when you go to the doctors, these days they recommend a lipid profile and thyroid test  to ascertain any hormonal disorder. But keeping low profile fried items will be a welcome boost. Too much cleaning your face too frequently can in fact amplify acne as the body compensates to reinstate the body oil washed away.

Obesity and slow metabolisms.

It is believed that we become fat because our metabolism is very slow.

Regrettably, a slow metabolism is no justification for being heavy. Studies divulge that fat people have quicker metabolisms and burn up more vigour than weight watchers merely to keep their bodies going away.

Avoiding breakfast to slim down:

Usually people think that skipping breakfast is good and it helps to slim down.  But you are wrong, breakfast is an integral part of our food. Even if people who skip breakfast take up on their energy needs later in the day, they’re doubtful to get all the vitamins and minerals that a straightforward breakfast can supply.

One eat more after work out:

Eating habits has been built up by you over the years, workouts has not anything to do with it. As a result after strong exercise if you eat not anything you, are not gratifying your pristine appetite but merely satisfying physically for undertaking a few exercise.

Colouring  hair throughout pregnancy:

A few physicians differ, but many consider that colouring the hair during pregnancy is not hazardous to the baby. If in doubt, always get the doctors’ consent to colour your hair all through pregnancy. As a rule it is believed that the main risk with hair colouring is not the use of the product to the scalp but the breathing of the tough chemical compound aroma.

All are aware that Bollywood heartthrob Salman Khan has proposed marriage to Katrina Kaif twice over the past two years. But this New Year’s Eve is said to have been quite different for this hot couple!

Bestdesi.com got the news through a common friend that all through December, Salman was in a contemplative mood about his love affair. He confessed to this friend that while his colleagues Shah Rukh and Hrithik were extremely happy with their wives and children, his own life was not going anywhere.

But unknown to many, Salman this time, set the stage for what appears to be the most romantic proposal of the year! Since the entire Khan family headed for their farm in Panvel to celebrate New Year, Salman quietly said he would drive down with Katrina. And according to the grapevine, just before they touched the farm at Panvel, Salman stopped the car and, under the stars, seriously proposed her.

Whether she has said the big ‘YES’ or not remains to be seen. But Salman has apparently returned in a jubilant mood. His friend tells us that Salman regrets the earlier two proposals he made to Katrina, for they were in view of others, which is said to have humiliated her.

Also, Khan is now willing to give her a free harness on her professional decisions. In keeping with the freedom his family has allowed to all women to work and be on their own, apparently Salman has realized that he cannot stop Katrina from following her dreams.

All that’s in his mind is that he does not want to lose this woman whom he loves so much. As for seeing them together on screen, Salman and Katrina will next appear in Subhash Ghai’s romantic Main Yuvraj, the shooting of which is already underway.

Shah Rukh Khan has been offered a Bentley car by Director Ravi Chopra for his guest appearance in the film
Bhoothnath. Ravi Chopra had to do this as SRK did not accept any sum as fees for the guest appearance. It is learnt that King Khan used his own apparels and accessories in the film.

Shah Rukh Khan after his London visit recently gifted Farah Khan a Book titled names of babies; but that of course was is of no use to Farah Khan who says the books contains only Christian names like John, Jospeph,Mathew … etc.

Deepika Podukone has a signed an untitled movie with Ranbir Kapoor. The shooting will take place in London. She also has Priyadarshan’s Pirate, a comedy about a band of musicians that opposes piracy in the world of entertainment and Nikhil Advani’s thriller Mera Naam Chin Chin Choo opposite Akshay Kumar. Ranbir Kapoor on the other hand, will next appear in a Yash Raj Film to be directed by Siddharth Anand whose recent film Ta Ra Rum Pum barely tattered through at the Box Office. Fascinatingly, Yash Raj had given Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor one of his finest films - Kabhi Kabhie.

Priyanka Chopra , the Don girl will be seen in a Shampoo advertisement along with Material Girl Madonna, in an international collaboration. Most of Priyanka’s endorsements have been international brands which means she is dealing with the who’s who. Her name is being circulated in the right circles and so when Sunsilk was on the lookout for an international face from India who could match Madonna and Marilyn they decided on Priyanka? • · According to Kiran Bedi , “My concept of a modern woman is a liberated woman. Educated or not, economically independent or not, such a woman is capable of taking her own decisions and standing by them, and-whether she suffers from them or not-she does not look for a shoulder to weep on.” Even so, she says, women “need more quality education and much more vocational training to become truly empowered.” Property ownership is another key to empowerment. “With ownership (or joint ownership),” she says, “a man cannot drink away the family’s property, or sell it and leave the woman and children on the street.· Accomplishing that goal has become the number one priority of the National Commission for Women in India, but the government continues to drag its feet. Political parties must come together in support of this program as well as in support of family planning and more equitable educational opportunities. If they do not, the next generation will not have enough schools, teachers, transportation, health care, housing, or work. Such a situation is a recipe for civil unrest.” For India as a whole, Kiran says, “the key to change lies in the empowerment of village women-the largest percentage of women in India-but change in rural areas is agonizingly slow in coming.”

  · Empowerment is related to population. “India is a rich country and should be a beautifully developed country,” Kiran says. “If population had been controlled twenty years ago there would be surplus rather than scarcity, and current growth would not be held captive by the ever-present need to feed new mouths. Women must learn and be allowed to say, ‘No! I don’t want any more than this.’ When that day arrives, daughters will be seen to be as much of an asset as sons, because educated daughters will be as equally capable to take care of parents in their old age as sons. Therefore, economically empowered women are crucial in the struggle to shape a new India.”

  · In 1994, backing up her commitment to support reform in several areas, Kiran created the India Vision Foundation, a registered nongovernmental organization designed to carry out projects in the fields of prison reform, drug abuse prevention, empowerment of women, assistance to the mentally disabled, and sports promotion.

  · Kiran, who has lived most of her life in the public view, has become a role model for Indian women-the disadvantaged, the marginalized, and the voiceless. Many believe that she literally embodies the struggle for gender equality. She has constantly had to fight against the commonly accepted bias that she is, after all, only female. She has had to battle systems that codify the dehumanization of women, and cultures that are all too willing to toss the talents and potential contributions of women on the rubbish dump. Kiran’s “crimes” have included functioning as an equal, speaking the truth as she saw it, having and implementing original ideas, working hard, and garnering success. And her lack of interest in “playing the game,” within a service in which professionalism has been replaced by favouritism, has been costly both professionally and personally. Although she has realized her childhood dream to “count for something,” her path has not been easy or without the need for sacrifice.

  · Even her achievements and awards for service fuel controversy. Some, in looking at her history, see a dedicated and successful officer. Others, generally from among the ranks of the privileged and powerful, see an uppity woman-a narcissistic, publicity-hungry, regulation-flaunting, self-serving, rogue officer who constantly needs to be kept in her place.

  · There is no need to say anything specific about this great Indian,” says Gulzar, “She won the Magasaysay Award for her work among prisoners. She has shown what a police officer should be like to our country. She is an icon and a model for all Indian women. We are proud of her because of her many-splendour personality. Whichever function she graces, she adds enlightenment and humour to it. Hers is truly an awesome presence.”

  · The first woman IPS officer of India was denied the post of the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. Known for her dedication, she changed the face of Tihar prison as IG, Prisons. She is known for her outstanding work as Police Advisor in the UN peacekeeping department.

  · Kiran Bedi, New Delhi’s renowned Inspector General of Prisons, described her presence at Asia Plateau as `a pilgrimage fulfilled’. She had been the first woman recruited to the Indian Police Force, in the 1970s, and when supervisor of Asia’s largest prison, in New Delhi, had introduced Gandhian philosophy and practice. This had dramatically.

  · Whatever the outcome, her commitment to family planning, prison reform, women’s emancipation, and education for independence will continue.

  · As Kiran Bedi likes Anne Dresskell’s saying “If you look out to do something, it is always possible.”
