Serial kisser Emran Hashmi reported to have got infuriated on the stages of Star Plus Chotte Ustad. While he has giving performance along with the host and the contests of the show, a lady from the viewers gallery came up on the stage and kissed him. Although everybody in the first instance enjoyed on what was really happening, but the Judge of the show Pritam got enraged and asked the lady who is she really? But there seemed to be no rejoinder on the lady’s expression and she unrelentingly sat on her seat chewing a gum. Can’t forecast anything, as to whether the scene had taken place routinely or the lady was remunerated to do the action for attainment of TRP for the show. The episode will be telecasted on Saturday the 1st March, 2008.
Kazauti Zindaki Ki, Star Plus has finally bid good bye, after running over 7 years, the last episode to be telecast on 28th February,2008. The main leading characters, i.e. Anuraj Basu, Prerna and Komilika are dead and Mr Bajaj has gone mad in the love of Prerna. Prem’s originsl wife Palchim is also dead and he is back with his first love Devki. So with that, the long exaggerated and melodramatic KZK has gone with the wind.
The characters Kumkum and Sumit of serial Kumkum in Star Plus is also dead and they will appear as another character in the reincarnation later. So with that the love scenes flanked by Kumkum and Sumit will also be halted.
The host of weekly show Kaho Na Yaar He in Star Plus is changed from Karn Patel to Aditya Narayan. This is likely to improve the TRP of the show as Aditya has much screen presence than the earlier host Karen.

Kasuti Zindagi Ki will run on-air for some more time with some other gizza pitta episodes, it is learnt. Earlier the serial was going off-air by 17th January. May be Prerna grandma might have requested Ekta Kapoor that now that her divorce proceedings are filed in the court, she may require lots of money to battle the case, hence the show might be extending.
The grand finale of Jhoom India (Sahara One) will be held on 18th January,2008 with Varun-Akriti and Sachin-Madhushree. Both of the jodis Varun and Sachin are awful singers, so henceforth versatile singers like Sonu Nigham and Abhijeet can sit home sulking ,as actors are passionate towards singing too.
Amul Star Voice of India, Chotte Ustad, is turning out to be a good show It is a musical reality show which will find out and launch the most excellent young singing talent from the world of music. Adolescents with dreams of stardom will prove their spirit on this platform. To uncover the real Voice of India, aptitude from diverse corners of the nation will be selected and judged by some of the most honoured names in Indian music industry – extremely talented singers Shreya Goshal and Kunal Ganjawala and music director Pritam and hosted by the talented Voice of India challenger Abhaas. Young singers like Jayant and Anwesha will be an enormous detonation to Bollywood music.
K for Kishore is a only one of its kind, a music reality show in Sony TV. It is a programme with 12 contestants, challenging and aiming at being the voice closest to that of Kishore Kumar. The judges for the show are popular music director & singer Bappi Lahiri who knew Kishoreda as a friend and musician, singer Sudesh Bhonsale, who completed all Kishoreda’s incomplete film songs after his death. Sapna Baabul ka…Bidaai , Star Plus is again turning out to a pretty good serial, which can be watched by the full family unit as it is very clean and the storyline is something similar to film Vivah. As it is extremely dissimilar to other saas bahu stories, audience don’t mind hooking to the small tube for watching it. The serial has reached an ultimate high as it records a high TRP of 5.4 last week, and has even surpassed the ratings of the ever popular K serial KyunKi Saaa Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.. To add twist to the life of the main central character Ragini , played by Parul Chauhan, she learns to dance and joins a dancing institute run by the new entry Sadia Siddhiqui. Sadia was last seen in Saat Phere and is seen on television after a long break.

- Unlike her sniveling figure of a bahu in the serial, Shweta Tiwari has began divorce proceeding in a court of law to get lawfully detached from her husband Raja Chaudhary. The three divorce listening’s have already been confined the court.
- Sources say that Raja Chaudhary is still aspirant of some miracle which can preserve his wedding, but the star lady of Kasautii Zindagi Kay is inflexible on getting break up from her husband of about a decade.
- Currently, the alienated husband has been staying put with a friend in Malad as both the flats have been absorbed by the stunning actress. According to Raja, once when he returned home from work in the evening, he saw that somebody had put a new lock on the main door. Thinking that it might be Shetwa, he called her but she told him that he had no access to any of their houses, and that she had gone to court about the matter.
- It appears that Shweta Tiwari is in no more frame of mind to harmonize, but her husband believes otherwise and finds fault impertinent works for this no-account state of matter. Raja Chaudhari is presently acting in two soaps— Chandramukhi and Jaayen Kahaan?, but is not satisfied with the earnings and is reconnoitring for more work to bridge over this financial crisis. This shows he might be financially dependant on Shweta.
- Shweta has a daughter of 6-7 years who is presently living with Shweta.

Seems controversy will not leave Mica, because after his kissing controversy with Rakhi Sawant, Mica the singing star is back in news after he got an break to get into the reality programme of Jhoom India in Sahara One. He will be seen as mentor to Shewta Tiwari a.k.a Prerna of Kasauti Zindaki Ki, who will be returning to the show through wild card entry.
It is understood that Shewta’s earlier mentor Suresh Wadeker refused to return to the show through wild card entry as he feels that Shewta cannot sing and does not understand the notes of music. Shewta feels the other way and says that whatever performance she has given on the show, the full credit must go to her as Suresh never taught her any lessons.
Former Indian Idol Abhijit Sawant has tied the knot with his childhood and neighbour friend Shilpa in a simple ceremony in Bombay. It is learnt that Shilpa only persuaded him to enter the Indian Idol show. Now he is looking forward to put his feet into Asian Idol talent hunt for singers which is to be held very soon.

- · The long running Star Plus serial Kasautti Zindagii Ki will come to an end in January 2008.
- · The show first ran into trouble when one of it’s lead stars Cezanne Khan quit. Moon, Geetanjali, and Urvashi followed and hence the show started losing viewers. Shewta Tiwari too also seemed to have lost interest in the show. She started taking up other assignments thus ignoring ‘KZK’.
- · Kasautti Zindagii Ki is on air for more than 5 years.
- The chemistry between Anurag and Prerna wooed the audience while the contender Komolika’s style became the talk of the town. Getting caught between Anurag and Mr. Bajaj, Prerna became the house hold name as she struggled to win all the kasautii in her life.
- After taking leap after leap, Kasautii Zindagi Kii, is now coming to an end.

Shewta Tiwari, one of the admired women of Kasauti Zindaji Ki, who has shown as a symbol of remarkable bravery , great courage and strength of character and has many admirable quality with her performance in the show, recently was shopping in Dubai. We trapped her up in one of the costliest Mall Barjuman. She was in a jovial and good humoured mood, shopping for herself and the family unit. She did not mind having a cup of coffee with us in Costa Coffee—— some excerpts during the coffee chat:
Q.You should be in cloud nine as you are shown as the principal female character in the show, the only one who plays a vital role in the development and on whom the plot is structured?
A.Yes indeed! Ekta Kapoor had been very benevolent and thoughtful enough with me for making me feel so unique and exceptonal.
Q. Well, you have two gentlemen to pamper you, the erstwhile Anuraj Basu and the present Rishab Bajaj!
A. Yes, my character gets a lavish and bountiful treatment in the show and I  thoroughly enjoy the prolific and generous attention given to me by the two gentlemen.
Q. There used to be several rumours linking between you and Cezanne Khan?
A. That was by and large a circulated story without facts to confirm its truth.
Q. Of late, you are seen in Bhojpuri films in the lead role?
A. yes, I am comfortable doing Bhojpuri movie, it is very easy for me to identify myself into the roles, it is meaty.
Q. And you play what role?
A. My name is Naina who is obsessed with the hero. The role of hero is also far-fetched as he plays a slack. The film is directed by Sanjay Tripathi, and it is a social and family movie.
The film is distributed by Rajshris.
Q. You got yourself hurt in some of the scenes, is it so?
A. To get into the crust of the character, I had to do real life enacts, so I had to learn cycling, since I never learned cycling before, I fell so many times and got myself hurt.
Q. Bhojpuri is not your dialect. How could you manage the dialogue delivery?
A.I mugged up the line by line understanding the meaning of it. Moreover, Bhojpuri is similar to Hindi so dialogue delivery was not a big issue. We were shooting in sync sound, which per se is a big confront.
Q. How was your chemistry with Manoj Tiwary, your co-actor?
A. Unbelievable fantastic experience. He never had a ego feeling that he was such a big star and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He helped me come out the trauma when I was missing my daughter Payal as we were shooting far away from Mumbai.
Q. Have you done Bhojpuri film before?
A. I have my next film lined up, titled ‘Ye Bhauji Ke Sister’, and Manoj is my co-star, again, in this one.
Q. Any Hindi movies in the pipeline for you?
A. I am happy with my role as Prerna Bajaj in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Ki’, the role which will be cherished throughout my entire life.
Q. You have been voted out of Jhoom India!
A. It is a very interesting concept by Sahara One, and is based on the reality show on Zodiak Television, called ‘Stars on Stage’. Ten soap stars are to be coached by popular playback singers to sing and perform in front of a jury and a live audience. Yes, I could not move ahead, I had a sore throat; hence I could not sing, so I was voted out.
Q. But you contemplated you will get sympathy votes?
A. Not like that, viewers just did not accept me without singing, I did not get a fare chance, I was really sick.
Q. Your husband was ill in Nach Baliye-2 shootings, at that time also you gave your husband’s illness as the lame excuse for not giving the performance.
A. yes, my husband had liver problem, hence he could not make it to the show, destiny was not in our hands, otherwise Hussain-Tina would not have won the title.
Q.You were considerably late for your shoot in in Dhamaal Express on 9X recently!
A.. Initially, she laughed but perhaps wanting to kill the story, told us that very actor was given a different call time and  I reached at the scheduled time only.
Q.According to the grapevine, you are not able to devote time properly to the shoots because of extremely distressing situation at the home front which is causing severe emotional shock and because of this you are facing psychological effects on your personality!
A. No, I don’t face any personal traumas; all you e-media made out things out of proportion.
Q. Of late you have filed a divorce petition against your husband?
A. A male ego is not able to accept the huge success of his spouse or his partner or girlfriend, and please leave me alone on this topic, said the angry Prerna.
Q. There were reports that you may be replaced by the production house as you are not giving your 100% to the show.
A. I vehemently deny this rumor. I come to the sets everyday and I am giving more than 100% to the show. There is going to be no replacement for me as yet. I feel the  show is successful because of my presence and the production house will be silly to replace me, said the over confident Shewta.
Q.Is it true that sometimes the production house uses your body double for your role in Kasuti Zindaji Ki?
A. Once in a blue moon, when I am extremely busy, but that is for master shots and every actor does it for their show. So there is no big deal about it.
Q. How do you like Dubai and why only Dubai for your small vacation?
A. Dubai is a paradise on earth. I get perfect happiness here. This is a place where there is everything that a person needs for their interest, like shopping, beaches, good quality food from different cultures, virtuous people, natural environment etc. It is one of the cosmopolitan cities I like to shop I am very happy to be here, I am told Dubai is the safest hub in the world for the ladies atleast,so I can shop and freak out, nobody recognizes me much, I am extremely fascinated by the different cultures here and definitely a place to chill out with family and friends.
Q. Ok one final question, which is your favorite restaurant or hotel in Dubai?
A. Marco Polo Hotel, I enjoy eating there.

Well folks, I had been an dedicated fan of Kasuti Zindaji ki in Star Plus since the day it has started airing. Now after two leaps, I am not inclined to see it. Why, because Prerna, as she is getting older and older, she is trying to look more young and petite and she has started irksome with all those noodle strap blouses.
