A few years before,Madhuri Dixit was babysitting her two children in Colorado in the US.
She rarely makes a public appearance but it's amusing to see that the media is more interested in bringing her back into limelight than the actress herself.
Madhuri my all time favourite .She is as gorgeous as twilight, as authoritative as natural world & as expressive as music. No other actress has audacity to face her celestial look ,her added ordinary brilliance and her prominence.
Madhuri Dixit Nene is back to show her enchanting performance of dance on the silver screen. Her comeback movie is Yashraj banner’s Aaja Nachlay. Madhuri started her career from Rajshree Banner’s movie Abodh. But she got noticed from N. Chandera’s movie Tezaab.
The famous song “ek do teen†of this movie which was featured on Madhuri was a major hit of its time. After this movie Madhuri never looked back.
She gave many hit films like Tridev, Ram Lakhan, Parinda, Dil, Beta, Saajan, Khalnayak, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Dil To Pagal Hai, Devdas etc.
Rajshree’s movie Hum Aapke Hain Kaun added supplementary colours to her line of business life. After this Yashraj banner’s movie Dil To Pagal Hai was also a foremost success. Her last movie was Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas. In this movie Madhuri played the character of Chandermukhi. The movie was a major triumph. Her character was liked by everyone. In the dance numbers of this movie like “hum pe yeh kisne hara rang dala†and “dola re†she gave her luminous recital. She won Star Screen Best Supporting Actress Award and Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award for this movie.
Now her upcoming release is Aaja Nachlay. In this Movie VJ turned actor Ranvir Shorey is signed opposite to Madhuri. This movie is a female oriented movie. In it Madhuri will play the role of a theatre artist. Konkana sen is also playing an important role in this movie.
Former leading lady Madhuri Dixit is planning a Bollywood comeback, the actress said in a newspaper interview, but she gave no details of her plans.
Dixit told the Times of India newspaper in an interview published Tuesday that she would play a role in a new film to be produced by her business manager, Rikku Rakeshnath.
One of Bollywood's most sought-after stars in the 1990s, Dixit slowly but surely stopped taking on roles after marrying a U.S.-based Indian surgeon in 1999.
"If I'm going to be away from my family for my film, it better be worthwhile," said Dixit, 40, who has two young sons, reports AP.
Rakeshnath said he would start work on the film soon. "It was on Madhuri's insistence that I decided to start my own production house," he said. "Madhuri will be acting in one of the films I plan to start shortly."
